ByByPoo, LLC

Description

Here are some of the most common questions we receive at ByByPoo.com: Can you handle a multi-dog environment? Yes, we offer commercial and residential services and can schedule something that meets your needs. Why should I choose ByByPoo.com? You’ll be in deep doo doo if you don’t. All kidding aside, we provide a clean environment, reduce the potential for the spread of disease, help you cut back on feces-loving insects like flies, make your lawn look and smell better, reduce the negative impact of pet waste on the environment, not to mention give you an extra hour or more in your week. Commercial venues can also benefit because pet waste cleaning duties often fall on the lowest person in seniority. But let’s be honest, there’s no revenue in scooping so it’s likely every aspect of their job takes precedence. That means scooping may not get done as regularly as it needs to be. With ByByPoo.com, you can ensure it’s getting done no matter how busy you are. We are also pet lovers and we want to help as many people as we can enjoy the love of a pet with less demands on their time. I can’t stand the smell of poop in my trashcan. Will you take it off site? Absolutely, if that’s your preference. We double bag it and place it in your garbage receptacle on site. If you would prefer, we can remove it from the premises for a minimal additional fee. I live in Oldsmar. That’s not in Pinellas County. Will you still scoop? We happily service all of Pinellas County and Oldsmar. It’s raining. Does that mean I forfeit my dog scooping day? Can we reschedule? We take refuse removal very seriously. Because of that, you can expect service rain or shine. However, we also take employee safety seriously. We will not perform services during weather that is dangerous to our employees. That includes hurricanes, tornados, lightening, swarms of murder hornets, etc. In these cases, we will schedule a makeup day. Our doggie park is always running out of supplies. Help! We can install, monitor, and manage dog waste stations for your public area. Do you have a guarantee? We guarantee 100% waste removal at the time of the visit. If not, we’ll come back and collect the errant refuse. We want you to be completely satisfied. After all, we’re here to make your life easier and help guarantee the health of the pets around you. Is there a service contract? We provide one-time and on-going pet waste removal services. You may cancel at any time but if you are an on-going service customer, we ask that you provide us with at least (3) three-day’s notice prior to the end of the month. How will I know when ByByPoo.com is coming? There’s no guesswork with our service. After your preliminary assessment, you will have a set schedule and know exactly which day services will occur on. The day is based on your location and will be communicated ahead of time. How do I pay? Payments are collected in advance and can be made by credit card, cash or PayPal.
